Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data collected by the company; Your personal data can be processed within the personal data processing conditions for the purposes set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the VERBIS system where our company is registered.

Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions or organizations within the framework of the personal data transfer conditions specified in Article 8 of the Law in order to legally protect the rights of the Company, fulfill its legal obligations and achieve the above-mentioned purposes.

Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection

Our company processes the personal data of our customers, job applicants and online visitors who contact us for applications, suggestions and complaints made via our social media accounts, website and info mail regarding the services and products offered by our company.

Your personal data is "obligatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it is clearly stipulated in the laws" in Article 5 of the Law No. may be processed on the basis of legal reasons.

Keeping Personal Data Accurate and Up-to-Date

Pursuant to Article 4 of the Law, the obligation of data controllers to keep personal data accurate and up-to-date; The Relevant Person accepts and declares that the personal data shared with our company is correct and that it will be updated in case of changes. The person concerned declares that he agrees to be contacted by our company periodically in order to ensure that his data is accurate and, if necessary, up-to-date.

Storage Period and Disposal

Personal data processed within this scope are stored for 10 years in accordance with the relevant legislation, and if one of the parties does not file a lawsuit within this 10-year period, they are destroyed in the first periodical destruction period following the expiry of 10 years.

Your Rights Enumerated in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law
